Who You Are
Hands-on, floor-driven leader
Calm, composed, and strong under pressure
Fluent in all front-of-the-house positions.
Detail-oriented with a guest-first mindset
Comfortable leading large teams and complex service
The Role
Lead service and set the tone
Manage teams across dining, bar, and late-night operations
Uphold standards in service, food, and beverage execution
